In compliance with the provisions contained in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, we make the following Notice of Privacy and Protection of Personal Data available to you, in order for you to understand the content and legal scope of the same.

With your permission or where permitted by law, We may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email and/or telephone and/or text message and/or Facebook messenger with information, news and offers on Our products and/or services. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations.

When you start your process with us, this Privacy Notice is made known to you, which you accept voluntarily through electronic acceptance.

During the use and processing of personal data we observe at all times the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established in the Law, likewise, we promise not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent with the exception of those provided by article 37 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Information is only collected that is reasonably necessary to serve the legitimate interests of contracting the services we offer and to comply with the legal obligations in our charge. The owners of personal data are protected in terms of their disclosed information, using protection standards in force in the industry and in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. Regardless of the fact that there is no “guaranteed security” either on or off the Internet, commercially reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the collection of information we carry out is done in accordance with all applicable legislation.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to comply with new provisions established in the Law on the matter, changes in internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services. You may exercise at any time, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition ("ARCO" Rights), established in the Law. The response to your request will be given no later than 20 business days after receiving your request and we will send it to you in writing to the email provided in the format in question.
